Talentfondet ble startet av Edward Wilhelm Mowinckel. Talentfondet was started by Edward Wilhelm Mowinckel.
Edward gikk Befalsskolen for Sjøforsvaret, er utdannet ved Princeton University og var Senior Business Analyst i McKinsey & Company. Han kjenner beskrivelsen på forsiden fra innsiden – og sommeren 2026 tok han spranget selv. Edward went through the Royal Norwegian Navy’s officer candidate school, was educated at Princeton University and was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. He knows the description on the front page from the inside – and in the summer of 2026 he made the leap himself.
Talentfondet er infrastrukturen han gjerne skulle hatt: teamet, strukturen og veien til kapital som gjør spranget mulig. Talentfondet is the infrastructure he wishes had existed: the team, the structure and the path to capital that make the leap possible.
